Electrical designs included interior utility powered lighting, emergency egress and exit lighting, branch circuit wiring for general and specific equipment power and raceways for voice and data cabling.

- Description: Project encompassed renovations to two existing historic buildings and the construction of a new addition. Buildings is utilized to house both offices and retail shops. Mechanical designs included split system heat pumps and distribution ductwork. Plumbing designs included both domestic water and sanitary piping systems. Electrical designs included interior and exterior utility powered building lighting, emergency egress and exit lighting, branch circuit wiring for general and specific equipment power, voice communications, fire alarm and detection, and metered utility power distribution.
