Plumbing design efforts also included the sizing of the kitchen’s grease interceptor.  Electrical designs included interior utility powered lighting, emergency egress and exit lighting, branch circuit wiring for general and specific equipment power, raceways for voice and data cabling, metered utility power distribution, and alterations/extensions to the building’s existing voice evacuation type fire alarm and detection system.
