Montgomery County Short Circuit Study

- Description: Upon completing the construction of the building’s new mission critical Data Center, both operational observation and documentation tasks were performed in order to commission the various portions of the newly installed utility and emergency power distribution systems. Among the equipment commissioned included dual 225KVA UPS units, dual 500KW diesel engine generator sets, and seven (7) automatic transfer switches.
Queen Anne's County Animal Quarantine Center

- Description: New 600 sq. ft. structure for the quarantine and care of captured or neglected animals. Mechanical designs included a split system heat pump, exhaust fans and distribution ductwork. Plumbing designs included domestic water and sanitary piping systems. Electrical designs included interior utility powered lighting, emergency egress and exit lighting, branch circuit wiring for general and specific equipment power and power distribution. Efforts also included coordination with the local utility company in order to provide a separate electric service and meter.
Tidewater Maintenance Facility

- Size: 15,000 sq. ft.
- Description: Project consisted of the construction of a new two (2) story 6,000 sq. ft. office and retail; One story 9,000 sq. ft. repair building. Heating and air conditioning for the office and retail building is accomplished through the installation of several split system heat pumps. Retail was on the lower half of the two story building and offices on the upper half. The repair bays were design with general ventilation, heating and propeller type fans. Gas sensors for both gasoline and diesel were required to control the ventilation fans. Sand and Oil interceptor was design for drainage from the repair bays. The bays were designed to accommodate boats from approximately 30 foot high and 55 feet long.
